Hello everyone! Thanks for stopping by my blog. I’m an Ayurvedic Chef, Diet & Lifestyle Consultant living in Royal Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, England. During the day I teach cooking classes and give Ayurvedic health consultations. In my spare time I experiment with cooking, browse gourmet shops, hike in the local fields, spoil my cat rotten and work on perfecting my budding web site/blog skills!
After looking around my blog, I hope you feel inspired to run out to the nearest health shop and organic produce market, buy some ingredients, then run back to your kitchen and play. I used to be clueless about food and cooking and never wanted to take the time to do it. Now I love cooking and can’t wait to try another new recipe when I wake up in the mornings, or to heat up the amazing new dish I made last night and have it for lunch. I have also experienced the amazing difference that a diet of whole, healthy foods and spices, with far fewer animal products, has made in my health. Through my own health and food experiments, I wound up training in Ayurvedic Medicine at the Ayurvedic Institute in New Mexico. So you will also be hearing plenty of tips, tools and tricks from me on how to use your food to heal and then prevent ailments, or just feel and look great. Yes, it’s true. So please read on and share your comments with me.

Thanks for putting us on your blog list. Glad you can find some good foods in England. Sorry we can’t get over for your wedding party in August. All well here. Our new downstairs guy is from Madrid and is doing a large organic vegetable garden in the lower yard. Also growing a lot of stuff indoors. He is into gourmet cooking. As we told you, we might get over in 2009 to do the cross England hike.
